S197 Shoot Out Pics
Hey everyone. I got some pics from this weekend. The bad news...rain! And track officials that said it wouldn't dry out! Don't get me f'ing started on that one!
The good news, we counted 30 cars that drove into the track, possibly more. From all over the states, and two from Canada (awesome). We definitely have to get the shootout rescheduled (and there will be a next time, this is too good to pass up). And I enjoyed meeting everyone, chatting about setups, and learning a thing or two (thanks Peter). Now for some pics...bunch of die hards.

I was great meeting everyone there, I wish I could control the weather but it just was too much water overnight.
I want to thank some of the racers that came out to hang out with us. Some of them came along way to race. DaSilva Racing Ontario, Canada Joe, Matt and friends Thump Racing - Montrial Canada Peter and his cousin from NJ Woodbine Motorsports - Woodbine Maryland JJ Hurricane Racing Performance - Jacksonville HP Performance - Florida Ron from Maryland (Spyder7702) everyone knows him as the founder of Spydershaft.. He drove down and arrived at 2am during the last rain storm. Chad from louisiana, Bob from pennsylvania, Art Quimby from New Jersey, John and Laura from Maryland, Todd, Scott and Marc from Virginia. and the Many North Carolina locals that came out to race and have a great time. I did not get any names but, 2010 GT500 and the GT800 (800hp) black and orange beast. Thanks again. and hope to see you at the next event soon
